    Description

    Assistant Venue Manager

    The Jindalee Hotel is a renowned establishment, exceling in service delivery, culinary excellence, and hospitality. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to contribute to our management team's success.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to oversee daily operations of our multifaceted venue.

    • Leverage proven track record in managing large-capacity venues to drive team leadership and foster strong management teams.

    • Demonstrate exceptional Food & Beverage knowledge, proficiency in venue reporting systems, and ability to generate revenue-building ideas across all aspects of the business.

    • Ensure presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends, to maintain seamless operations.

    • Conduct regular stocktake and investigate any discrepancies, as well as successfully implement and execute promotions throughout the business.

    • Possess current RLMV and Approved Managers license; CLO desirable but not necessary.
