    Job Description

    As the Scheduling Coordinator within the NTD Traffic Team, you will be ensuring all commercial inventory is scheduled correctly and ready for telecast as per requirements agreed between the National Sales Team, Clients & Agencies and in line with National Traffic policies.

    Day to day you will:

    • Accurately produce the daily commercial transmission schedule as per our schedule production deadlines
    • Liaise with numerous internal and external stakeholders as required
    • Ensure all material application adheres to the requirements of the Television Code of Practice and any further directions from ClearAds
    • Spot check each log before final release
    • Complete the previous days reconciliation

    Qualifications

    You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You'll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.

    • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace experience
