    Located in Adelaide, CBD, this permanent full time position is currently available due to company growth for a Senior Contract Manager, where you will provide strategic budget planning advice and oversee contract management for the developed procurement contracts. Multiple positions available.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Undertake key strategic projects in line with the procurement and contract management priorities
    • Proven experience in strategic advice and direction regarding systems, reports, policies, legislation and procedures
    • Responsible for analysis and evaluation of existing business activities and new proposals from identified external agencies
    • Providing a high level of stakeholder engagement with internal customers, and demonstrating superior relationship management and influencing skills with external parties
    • Investigates, evaluates and recommends budgeting priorities across the business
    • Ability to oversee the development of contract formation, request for tender, contract extensions and variations
    • Ability to to develop, implement procedures, guidelines and evaluate projects
    • Leading critical tender negotiations, analysing quotes and tenders for evaluations
    • Monitors and controls budgets for projects and sub-projects
    • Offering expert guidance on procurement policy best practices
    • Ability to provide an open mindset and new ideas for practical solutions on complex problems
    • Ability to to develop, implement procedures, guidelines and evaluate projects

    Selection Criteria

    • Proven ability to manage high value complex projects
    • Tertiary qualifications in Law or Finance will be highly regarded
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in contract management
    • Only Australian Citizens will be eligible
    • NV1 Clearance or baseline clearance is advantageous
    • Experience with Engineering software
    • High standard of interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
