    • Your New Role:

    As a leader in our organisation, you will uphold a culture ofexcellence customer service and best practices. Your ability toinspire and lead our exceptional club staff, fostering positive andcollaborative relationships, will be key to your success. We expectyou to champion a customer first mindset and prioritise safety andteamwork. To be considered for this role you will be an experiencedmanager with experience in commercial/business and contractmanagement.     About You:

  • A Leader who will embrace our strong team ethic, and be guided by PCYC Queensland values: Respect, Leadership, Commitment, Passion, and Teamwork.
  • Qualifications in Gymnastics are desirable but not essential
  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manger.
  • Proven track record of managing a multi-disciplinary team and providing leadership.
  • Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
