    Your Future Team

    You will lead the delivery of our workplace built form, including the construction schedule and budget, and be responsible for monitoring and reporting on each. Your role will also involve identifying and managing risks and opportunities.

    In collaboration with the other SLT Workstream Leads, you'll ensure that Atlassian meets its obligations under our AFL and that our Landlord's responsibilities are delivered.

    What You'll Do

    • Interface with all aspects of the base building, including design, construction, site coordination, and WHS.
    • Collaborate with internal Atlassian partners and consulting partners across multiple disciplines.
    • Provide project feasibility, commercial management, budget, and costings support.
    • Support the procurement of external project teams, including design and creative consultants, technical consultants, certifiers, etc.
    • Develop a project delivery strategy consistent with the AFL programme and contractual obligations.
    • Manage risks and escalate issues as needed.
    • Prepare and submit reports, including JWM, Atlas, WSC, and various approval requests.

    Your Background

    We're looking for someone with:

    • 15 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years on the client/end-user side.
    • 10 years of experience leading teams.
    • Superior written and oral communication skills.
    • Experience in the construction delivery of major workplace development projects in Australia (over 20,000m2).
    • A comfort level working in senior roles within a large cross-functional organisation and navigating ambiguity.
