- Provide direct and high-level support to a Partner and their team within our Major Projects & Construction (MPC) Practice
- Collaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful team
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support for a Partner and team of practitioners within our MPC Practice
- Manage general accounts, monthly billing, client reporting, and expenses with a keen eye for detail
- File management and handling including opening and closing files and matters
- Undertaking conflict searches on firm data base, preparing conflict emails
- Reviewing third party invoices and preparing client Work Orders
- Work as part of a cohesive team of Practice Administrators supporting the wider MPC team and be willing to step in and assist other MPC team members during busy periods
- Proven and distinguished experience in an administrative and/or secretarial role
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, especially in high-pressure situations
- A flexible and proactive approach with a demonstrable drive to contribute to the business's profound success
- The ability to build and nurture positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in billing processes, with previous experience using Aderant Expert software desirable
