- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through various evaluation methods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
- Stay informed about state and federal Quality Control laws and other relevant legislation changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries and maintain strong working relationships with external contractor businesses.
- Collaborate with HR, WHS, and management to develop long-term training strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated high-level communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in planning, organising, prioritising, and coordinating work in a changing environment.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and self-motivation skills.
- Proficiency in using a range of computer applications.
- Certification in training and development is desirable but not essential.

Description
McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations. We are currently seeking a Packing Floor Trainer to join the team in a full-time capacity at our Grading and Packing Facility.
About the role:
As the Packing Floor Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees on the Grading and Packing Floor. Collaborating closely with the McLean Farms Training Coordinator, you will assess training needs, design curriculum, deliver training sessions, and evaluate their effectiveness. Your goal will be to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the necessary competencies to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of our business.
