    Due to an internal promotion in our Financial Systems and Reporting team we have an opportunity for aBilling Coordinator to join our close knit team. In this busy, interesting role you will assist the Billing Operations team to ensure the billing data and systems in Australia and New Zealand are operating with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. A high level of accuracy and quality ensures we are compliant with customer contracts and our internal compliance guidelines.

    What you will do

    You will be supported by a small collaborative team to complete a variety of operational tasks including overseeing the automated inflow of all data, manual billing, credit note processing, and reconciliation work including reporting for auditing purposes. This is a genuine opportunity for growth & development within a multinational company.

    What are we looking for?

    • Suitable experience with accounts/finance or comparable administrative role
    • Initiative and demonstrated ability to use reasoning to find solutions in a complex, high volume environment.
    • Process driven with comfort in cyclical administrative processing.
    • A self starter who is naturally inquisitive with a desire to learn.
    • Proactive and effective communication skills
    • A passion to develop your critical analytical thinking skills in a high volume data setting.

    What could set you apart:

    • Working towards an Accounting/Business/Commerce/IT related degree or recent graduate
