    Impactful role, supporting stakeholder communications and engagement on a critical TZV project. Work as part of a collaborative and dedicated, people focused team. Two year fixed-term position in Burwood East, with hybrid work arrangements and on-site parking.
    About Triple Zero Victoria
    Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES. This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide.     The Role
    The Communication and Engagement Officer is a key and active participant of the Stakeholder Engagement stream in the Next Generation Computer Aided Dispatch (Next Gen CAD) Project Team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Stakeholder Engagement stream with stakeholder management, communication development and review, and coordination and delivery of engagement initiatives.
    Responsibilities
    Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication and engagement including planning, tracking, reporting and analysis
    Provide detailed governance and secretariat function for stakeholder engagement activities
    Develop and review of communication materials and artefacts for the project
    Respond to changing priorities and demands with an adaptive, resilient and flexible approach.
    About You
    The successful candidate will have qualifications or relevant transferable experience in Project Management or Communications disciplines. The following experience, skills and attributes are desirable:
    Proven experience in contributing to communication and engagement delivery for complex projects
    Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and personal presentation
    Detail-oriented, process minded and able to work resiliently with multiple priorities
