- Diploma or higher qualification and at least 2-year relevant job experience OR
- At least 3 years' relevant job experience without a formal qualification; and
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Liaising with the Operations Manager to ensure the restaurant's operations fall within the Club's objectives.
- Ensuring the full operation of the restaurant for advertised opening times.
- Working with chefs to plan operations, menus and specials.
- Leading the team in a hands-on manner, ensuring consistent and proactive approach.
- Planning, hiring, training, overseeing and managing the members of staff.
- Completing rostering as required and ensuring staffing levels and monitored to ensure staff budget costs are not unnecessarily exceeded.
- Ensuring quality control is maintained on all food and drink products.
- Managing the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgets and control the POS System including transactions (Discounts & Refunds etc.).
- Managing inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring that the restaurant has the necessary ingredients and equipment to operate smoothly.
- Ensuring dining facilities are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
- Arranging for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
- Creating and maintaining a focus on providing an excellent and memorable customer experience.
- Be willing and eager to provide our patrons with a first-class customer experience each and every time.
- Flexible work ethic with a passion to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
- A strong desire to achieve business goals & targets.
- Ensure optimum Operational Excellence within the restaurant team.
- Ensure the Club's policies and procedures are met and followed by our restaurant team.
- Advanced understanding of the administration requirements of the position.

- Proven leadership qualities and the ability to coach, train and motivate your team. Be able to lead and motivate your team so they feel valued and heard.
