    New Vehicle Sales Manager

    Waverley Toyota is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Waverley dealership.

    This role involves managing the New Car Sales Department, ensuring efficient and profitable operations in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in Automotive Sales Management and a passion for customer service.

    About the Role:

    Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve industry-leading customer experience and sales objectives.

    Establish and manage sales systems, including prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing, and vehicle delivery programs.

    Contribute to the profitability of the New Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance, insurance, and aftercare products.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Experience in Automotive Sales Management
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Motivation for continuous improvement
    • Strong problem-solving ability
    • Drive to meet KPIs and targets
    • A willingness to maintain superior brand product knowledge
    • Driver's license (manual transmission)
