    We're further expanding our Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SH&W) team, and are looking for an experienced senior Safety leader.

    This newly formed, highly visible, SH&W leadership role will strongly partner e Com Customer Fulfilment & Operations leadership forming part of the team, along with being a sitting member within the WX SH&W leadership team.

    It will work with the wider Operational SH&W teams and the SH&W Platform for trusted partnerships to enable e Com.

    You will lead SH&W business partners and support the development, continuous improvement and embedding of our programs to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing (SH&W) of our teams and partners within our E-Com store operations.

    This is a critical delivery role that will need to be able to develop multi-year roadmaps, and critical to its success is being hands-on supporting development and delivery.

    It will work across the growing E-Com network of sites; and partner with other BUs such as supermarkets and metro in E-Com operations.

    It will coach for enhanced and aligned motivation, ownership and behaviour of leaders both within Woolworths and our contracting partners.

    It connects strongly with Woolworths' Purpose of "we create better experiences together for a better tomorrow".

    What you'll do:
    Develop and deliver 1+ year SH&W risk based roadmap and annual plans in alignment with the E-Com Store operations strategy and Woolworths Group SH&W Strategy

    Work at Director level to enable confidence and clarity on initiatives and deliverables; including contributing to Executive and Board level written reports.

    You will also regularly work with operational and functional leaders through to frontline teams.
    Provide expertise, mentoring and guidance to ensure we manage our SH&W risks, ensuring our safety standards and legislative requirements are met by WOW and the extended network, as well as compliance with the Woolworths Safety Management System
    Enable strong SH&W governance & assurance across E-Com store operations that provides the right insights on the effectiveness of critical and key controls to manage fatality and serious injury; SH&W strategic and SH&W program development and improvements
    Leading the E-Com Store SH&W team, you will have Direct accountability for end result whilst working effectively within a modern day matrixWhat you'll bring:7-10 years of substantial work experience within safety, with ideally 3 years in a leadership position
    Tertiary level qualification in Safety or direct related field; or demonstrable equivalent experience with strong knowledge and experience of safety risk management
    Experience with interpreting Business strategy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium term frames (i.e.
    1+ year time frames)
    Ability to deal with complex problems with high ambiguity where solutions are not defined
    Experience working in a modern day matrix, fast paced environment, with growing complexity
    Ideally worked with Senior Leadership teams for at least 3 yearsWhat you'll experienceThe opportunity to grow within the group
