    About our company: {company} is a private dental service with 3 practices located on the Central Coast, seeking a Dentist to work at either their Long Jetty or Erina clinics.

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced dentist to join us and take over an established patient base. Our beautiful and modern clinic offers a welcoming environment, state-of-the-art equipment, and a loyal patient base.

    Position Details

    • Availability: Flexible working schedule of 2-4 days a week
    • Location: Choose from our practices at Long Jetty or Erina

    Requirements:

    • A degree in Dentistry and registration with the dental board in Australia
    • At least 1 year of Australian experience in general dentistry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
    • Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple practices

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality general dental care with a holistic flair
    • Build and maintain a strong patient base, ensuring excellent recall return rates
    • Work independently and seamlessly integrate into our busy practice
    • Utilize advanced dental technologies such as CEREC, Prime Mill, and implant motors
    • Perform standard dental procedures; advanced treatments like implants etc will be supported by a Principal Dentist, who works 2 days a week

    Remuneration:

    We offer a competitive package with 40% of billings (standard).

    Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on the location and industry standards.
