- Maintain Fitness Class schedules

- Identify and implement initiatives to support retention and engagement

- Previous experience in a similar coordinator role
- Customer service exposure
- Problem solving skills
- Computer skills
- Passionate about fitness and member satisfaction
- Positive Blue card - mandatory
- Current first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Description
Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates to commence in a role with a large recreation facility that is based on the Gold Coast within their Gym department.
The role forms part of a well-established team, working with various stakeholders in an enjoyable and educational environment. This role contributes largely to the overall customer experience for members and requires a friendly and organised individual.
In this position you will be responsible for various administrative tasks as well as managing multiple aspects of client memberships. We are currently looking for someone who is available across Monday - Friday, with ability to work 38 hours per week.
