- Schedule installations and commissioning of DA
- Assisting Sales staff with specifications and quoting
- Manage projects from customer order to job completion, including site inspection, measurements and ordering of materials
- Complete all required documentation for all projects
- Coordinate jobs with Sub-Contractors/Service Technicians
- Additional quotes for DA when required for an existing contract
- Get the invoicing ready for the DA Coordinator and signing off on supplier/contractor invoices
- Project WIP and monthly reporting and installation forecasting
- On-site issue resolution
- Request for variations to Work Orders/Purchase Orders when required
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management role
- Previous experience as a Technician/Installer is preferable
- Experience in the service or building/construction industry
- Understanding of service business ie. maintenance process and technical understanding including product knowledge
- Adept with WHS laws and legislations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, TSM an advantage
- Physically fit and able to travel
- Must have current drivers licence and good driving record
- Excellect project manager skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Able to work within prescribed policies, guidelines and standards
- Able to perform under pressure
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and to participate in projects that may be assigned from time to time.
