    Sales/Business Development Manager

    Key position within the business driving sales and revenue growth in the Hard/Technical Services and Facilities Management Industry.

    Based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements, this role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team at CBRE.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • To be an active support for the Business Development Manager/Business Unit with the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities.
    • Develop the skills to successfully manage their own sales opportunities.
    • Build professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
    • Consider innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business and discuss the feasibility of these with the BDM and team.
    • Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations.
    • Maintain records and relevant contract documents in support of tenders and re-bids for the business.
    • Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales from the facilities management/hard services/service provider industry.
    • Experience of dealing with a range of people including site staff, suppliers, and customers.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be detail-conscious and methodical in approach.
    • Experience of preparing detailed written documents and reports to a high standard.
    • Adaptability and flexibility in meeting tight deadlines.
