Responsibilities

• A seasoned restaurant manager with experience in a similar venue in Australia or Europe with fine dining experience and a no table left behind attitude.
• A natural leader who can rally the floor team, finesse the floorplan, and have a laugh doing it.
• You can quote reservation stats and wine pairings in the same sentence — and make it sound sexy.
• You love service, hate mediocrity, and know exactly how to deliver the kind of night people rave about.
• Ready to commit to a 12-month minimum contract, start when you say you will, and show up like a pro.
• If you have experience with Square POS, Restoke, Employment Hero, this would put you in a league above
