    This dynamic role involves coordinating participant intakes within designated areas, aiming to provide a pathway to open employment for individuals with disabilities.

    You will network and build partnerships with schools and disability providers to bring in participants and assist them with employment opportunities.

    We are an established values-based organisation committed to high-quality outcomes for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage participant intake processes
    • Conduct assessments to determine suitability for services and eligibility requirements
    • Ensure referrals and commencements meet contractual obligations
    • Develop initial Job Plans to address barriers to employment and ensure positive outcomes
    • Maintain accurate records and software reporting for funding bodies
    • Liaise with schools to ensure eligibility requirements are met
    • Built relationships with disability employment organisations

    Selection Criteria:

    • Demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities
    • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
    • Working knowledge of Disability Employment Services Eligibility Criteria
    • Excellent communication and networking skills
    • Previous experience with participant intake processes (desirable)
    • A 'can-do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to build partnerships with local businesses
    • A valid C-class driving license
    • Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
