- Implement, maintain, and govern the architecture and technology standards, road maps, patterns, and methodologies for infrastructure across the organisation.
- Gather key inputs for technology considerations, investments, priorities, dependencies, and analysis of alternatives.
- Support the organisational planning process and strategic development of Technology assets aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage life cycle and technology road-map planning with a focus on solution innovation.
- Provide governance and quality assurance for the delivery of all technical services.
- Take an enterprise perspective and align domain/architecture considerations to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Establish measures, metrics, and monitoring of systems to ensure effective Technology performance.
- Develop and review architectural blueprints, road maps, standards, and directions in collaboration with the Manager.
- Highly developed experience in large-scale Technology system and operations experience.
- Technical expertise to address risks and identify opportunities for improved effectiveness.
- Strong awareness and understanding of hardware, networks, software, technologies, and applications.
- Well-developed knowledge base and ability to form opinions on emerging trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
