• Providing support to the Restaurant Manager in overseeing key metrics such as COGS, labor, and operating expenses

Requirements:

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs, and wastage
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Sound understanding of food safety concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
