    Join a leading global IT business to support internal employees worldwide, they are dedicated to providing exceptional IT support to ensure seamless operations across the business.

    As a part of the global IT team, you will be responsible for providing L1 support to employees worldwide, with a primary focus on supporting the Sydney and Melbourne offices. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to configuring and maintaining IT assets, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have the technical assistance they need to excel in their roles. This role will also involve supporting internal and external meetings or events as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolution to hardware and software issues for Mac products, both on-site and remotely.
    • Configure, install, and maintain office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, etc.
    • Provide basic network assistance for Wireless, LAN, and VPN connections.
    • Maintain an active inventory of all IT assets using the latest technology for device management services.
    • Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure seamless IT operations across all locations.

    Your Experience & Skills:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in help desk and IT supporting 200+ users.
    • Excellent ability to install, administer, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software with Mac OS X.
    • Proficiency with G-suite / Microsoft Office 365 and experience with Okta.
    • Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
    • Knowledge of JAMF
    • Experience with video conference systems.
