- Represent the total Group Replenishment on system projects
- Support stability of the Replenishment systems that include Replenishment Central, SAP, Webi, Tableau, Fulfilment (ASR), Demand and SAP UDF
- Provide day to day support to Group Replenishment such as incident root cause analysis, troubleshooting as well as system training
- Understand current business processes and provide recommendations and design solutions for Replenishment system changes
- End-to-end management of all Replenishment system-related incidents/problems and enhancement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to adapt and implement change
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced workload across multiple initiatives and incidents
- Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives
