    What you'll do

    As a Replenishment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to Group Replenishment, acting as the subject matter expert to lead change initiatives and deliver solutions.

    • Represent the total Group Replenishment on system projects
    • Support stability of the Replenishment systems that include Replenishment Central, SAP, Webi, Tableau, Fulfilment (ASR), Demand and SAP UDF
    • Provide day to day support to Group Replenishment such as incident root cause analysis, troubleshooting as well as system training
    • Understand current business processes and provide recommendations and design solutions for Replenishment system changes
    • End-to-end management of all Replenishment system-related incidents/problems and enhancement initiatives

    • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced workload across multiple initiatives and incidents
