- Effective communication and reinforcement of safety and quality policies and procedures
- Tertiary qualification in business, Insurance management or related discipline desirable.
- 2 years+ Insurance sales and management or other related experience
- Resolves problems pragmatically; sees issues from new perspectives; understands how components come together. Displays wisdom and business acumen.
- Sets goals, develops plans, anticipates obstacles, and develops alternative plans.
