    A well-established, national, locally owned and operated Security Solutions business in Brisbane seeks aSenior Estimatorto join its team.

    Partnering with the project team and customers, at multiple client sites across Brisbane, you will become part of a passionate and experienced team that provides outstanding service and support to clients.

    Our client is seeking a skilled applicant who focuses onBusiness growththroughcompetitive and accurate pricing , meeting the requirements and expectations of key customers.

    This role will focus on customers such as Resources, Corrections, Justice, Commercial, Healthcare and Defence while delivering a range of technology and solutions including but not limited toAccess control Systems, Video Management, Intercom and Nurse call solutions

    Responsibilities
    Compile major project tenders/quotations.
    Create tender/quotation submission documents, including drawings and responses to specifications.
    Scheduling and submitting tenders and pricing before required deadlines
    Communicate with customers and attend site surveys
    Participate in tender review meetings and customer presentations.
    Negotiate with suppliers for best prices.
    Maintain Quality Assurance systems.
    Provide equipment schedules, cable schedules, and labour estimates for tendering.
    Assist in developing new business areas and improving existing ones.
    Collaborate with sales team for unified tender and pricing submissions.
    Attend monthly national sales meetings to discuss customer delivery improvements and ongoing tenders.
    Follow solutions sales practices, policies, and estimation standards.
    Skills required
    Estimation, quoting and tenderingin the industry ofelectronic securitysolutions encompassing CCTV, access control, Intercom, and Nurse call systems.
    Commercial Experience in identifyingcontract commercial risk
    Provenrisk managementexperience
    Willingness and flexibility forsite visits/travel
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced environment.
