    The Opportunity

    Consolidated Power Projects are seeking an experienced Design Engineer - Secondary to join our growing Engineering team.

    Secondary Systems Design Engineers deliver timely, accurate technical designs while supporting field staff, customers and colleagues. The successful candidates will be able to produce accurate precision designs required for secondary protection and control (PAC) systems in the high voltage utility and renewable sectors. You will lead complex internal and external secondary system design projects, and demonstrate capability of checking secondary system design outputs.

    You will join an in-house Design & Engineering team of over 100 highly experienced professionals and play an integral role in the successful delivery of various industry leading projects.

    This opportunity has the flexibility to be based out of any of our CPP offices in SA/VIC/NSW/QLD.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will possess:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
    • Demonstrated experience leading complex secondary systems design projects
    • 5+ years experience in a similar role within Energy/Electrical utilities industries
    • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
