    On Offer

    Salary is up to $85K+S, with kitchen tips handed out weekly. Sunday/Mondays off

    The Role

    This is a Senior Chef role that requires hands-on leadership to run this business with a young and tight-knit kitchen team. Needless to say, it's very hands-on in the kitchen, requiring an eye for detail and strong leadership skills to oversee the kitchen and run a section during busy services. Working with the best produce, there is every chance to be creative with the menus Menus change daily depending on seasonal produce and what the Head Chef is picking up for the restaurant for that day.

    There will be all the support from the owners who are also very passionate about the industry and very supportive of their staff development.

    The role involves all the typical responsibilities of running a kitchen and requires a hands-on approach. We are seeking someone who is passionate about menu creation and enjoys working with innovative dishes. The ideal candidate will be able to generate excitement and inspire enthusiasm among the kitchen staff.

    Background

    Coming from a fine dining background is preferred but not necessary for the chef with the right attitude and skill set.
