    We are looking for expressions of interest from suitability experienced Engineering and Asset Managers to join one of our biggest banking contracts in the Pacific region on a 3 to 4 month fixed term contract , to work from our client's Melbourne CBD Office .

    Interviews will be held immediately in anticipation of a role becoming available in mid to late April. The role would require working from our client's office Monday to Friday.

    Reporting to the Head of Technical Products and Performance, your role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the global asset management blueprint to ensure optimum performance is met and increased efficiency of the delivery of technical services, asset management and the implementation of lifecycle strategies, reporting, processes and CMMS system standardisation.

    You will foster the culture of effectiveness and continuous improvement working alongside with dedicated team members in the contract.

    A snapshot of what you will do:

  • Establish preventative maintenance plans across the Key Account
  • Utilise Global Blueprint models to plan lifecycle management of assets and associated performance
  • Provide specialist engineering and technical advice across the contract
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of asset systems
  • Drive vendor performance and compliance through contract and relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and growth through best practice policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all operations and commercial arrangements are conducted in compliance with legal and licensing requirements as per contract
  • Maintain and deliver quality control of work order management to meet contract requirement
  • Provides technical support as needed
  • What will you possess to be successful

  • 3 years + Engineering and/ or Asset Management experience and an understanding of Asset Management leading practices, frameworks and relevant standards
  • Good thinking capability applied in asset management throughout the asset lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver a broad range of asset management and reliability improvement services
  • Experience in asset spend and forecasting and analytics
  • Experience in risk management and compliance, managing audits and assessments
  • High level of business and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional quantitative analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver a broad range of asset management, asset assessment and reliability improvement services
