    We are seeking a Receptionist who is highly energetic, always professional and passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service in all situations.

    If successful, your role will include the following responsibilities;

    • Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails from candidates, on­ hire employees, clients and other stake holders
    • Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors to the business
    • Supporting Account Managers and sales growth with various administrative tasks
    • Providing administration assistance to the back office and the Senior Exec Team
    • Taking and distributing the management meeting minutes, ensuring all talking points discussed are kept confidential
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including arranging, and tracking couriers
    • Troubleshooting with candidates and the recruitment team during the online registration process
    • Assisting with inhouse functions and events, as well as having a natural love for bringing joy to the office with holidays such as Easter and Christmas
    • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding internal staff
    • Maintaining the general cleanliness of the reception lobby, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas
    • Manage back-office areas and utilities
    • Organising meeting rooms and pool car bookings
    • Manage all stationery orders, maintaining stock levels as required

    The successful applicant will have:

    • Experience working in a busy reception role/office
    • Professional presentation - you will be the face of LSA
    • The ability to mix and build relationships with various levels of stakeholders
    • Ability to handle different types of candidates, involving a high level of patience and understanding
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Intermediate or above Microsoft Office skills
    • High level of initiative
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to pick up procedures and processes quickly. We also encourage you to bring forward your own ideas to improve these
