    The Role

    We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Administrator / Construction Administrator.

    Liaising with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities to identify and discuss issues, complaints, changes, or updates.

    Managing client folders, contracts, and documentation.

    Preparing and lodging CDC/ DA/ CC/OC with respective Authorities/Certifiers.

    Ordering reports and lodging applications (Soil tests/surveys, HOW, Waterboard, Engineers, Driveways etc).

    Preparing HIA contracts, Tender Documents, Preliminary Agreements, and Consents.

    Booking walk-through and handover appointments.

    Managing the administrative process/workflow for the pre-construction phase and construction phase.

    The Candidate

    Minimum 5+ years in a pre-construction, permits, or construction administration role with a residential home builder.

    Comprehensive understanding of DA/CDC/CC application requirements.

    High level of organisational skills and ability to multi-task.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
