Role Still Available - Senior Property Manager required to manage immaculate portfolio with an agency leader Work from home up to 2- 3 days About The Role Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy rent roll of only 140 properties where you will have a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support you.

You will not do the routines and will have heaps of support.

Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do.

The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to: Liaising with Landlords Repairs and Maintenance Arrears Management Attending and preparing for QCATAbout You Minimum 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio Australian Driver's Licence Strong Communication Skills Neat and tidy personal presentation Key Benefits7- 80k (on experience) plus super Job promotions available (if wanted)
