    Job Description

    What you'll be doing

    As a Content Creator (LMS Admin) at Health Metrics, and a member of the Customer Success Team, you'll have an opportunity to work with all areas of the organisation in the development of competency-based training materials for both our customers and staff. This exciting opportunity will suit someone with experience in development of video materials as well as quick reference guides and technical documents.

    While competency in training materials development is your primary skillset, technology change management experience within an Aged, Community or Healthcare environment would be highly regarded.

    Reporting to the Clinical Consulting and Training Team Lead, you will have ownership of the Learning Management System and accountabilities for system and materials maintenance.

    What you'll be working on

    Health Metrics will be partnering with a multi-national Learning Management System provider. You will be working with this provider to set up the solution to best meet the needs of our customers and internal staff.

    Working closely with SMEs across the organisation, you will create content that will assist all levels of users across the Aged, Community and Healthcare sectors to develop operational competence in all modules of eCase. For internal staff, the development of onboarding and training materials to assist in upskilling Health Metrics team members both technically and operationally is a key deliverable.

    What team you will sit in

    You will sit in the Customer Success Team, reporting into the Customer Success Team Lead – Clinical Consulting & Training.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    What you will do to be successful in the role

    • Work with the LMS provider to configure the solution to best meet the needs of Health Metrics and customers.
    • Create relevant and interesting training content in consultation with eCase SMEs for upload into the LMS.
    • Provide customers and Health Metrics staff with materials that enable competency outcomes that are measurable.
    • Ensure the LMS and associated materials are kept up-to-date and relevant. This includes updating materials when eCase version releases change the user experience/user interface.
    • Develop a change management collateral library to assist customers in the successful implementation of eCase.
    • Work closely with all aspects of the business and develop a 'Trusted Advisor' persona for both customers and Health Metrics staff.

    Experience we need from you

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the management or use of Learning Management Systems.
    • Change Management experience – preferably in the delivery of technical solutions into the Aged, Community or Healthcare sectors.
    • Experience in the commercialisation of content highly regarded.
