    Position Overview :
    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards of workmanship.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, including installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
    Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team members.
    Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
    Monitor project progress and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
    Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
    Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    Train and mentor junior electrical staff

    About you :
    Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the - commercial construction or resource sector.
    Trade qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
    Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
    Sound understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
    Valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Can commit to a 2:1 or 3:1 roster
