    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our projects at Brecks Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
    • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
    • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
    • Maintain project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met.
    • Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and roadblocks during the project lifecycle.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Utilize project management tools and techniques to facilitate project planning, tracking, and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects within budget and on schedule.
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • PMP certification is an asset.
