This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel with 5-7 years + experience post admission to join our our well established Commercial and Corporate team.
About this role...As member of of an established Commercial and Corporate team you will have experience with corporate restructures, large operational business and share sale agreements, complex vendor and purchaser due diligence requirements, complex shareholder and unitholder agreements, the PPSR regime, 'whitewash' arrangements, employee share plans and drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements.
Some of your responsibilities may also include:
-advising clients on a broad range of other interesting work eg.
consumer/ trade practices; financing and security documents; corporations Law including capital raising and capital reductions and share buybacks;working alongside Principals, Special Counsel and broader team including mentoring those less experienced around you;fostering strong client relationships & growing the practice further through networking and marketing initiatives.
