    About the Role:

    This position will focus solely on a significant transformation program within the department. The program aims to introduce a new suite of integrated platforms. As a member of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a Business Process Management (BPM) solution that aligns with business requirements. Emphasizing principles of reusability, security, scalability, and quality will be paramount in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with technical experts within a cross-functional team to develop functionality within the BPM platform.
    • Ensure that the delivered solutions meet the business requirements as outlined in the program's defined scope.
    • Provide specialized development services specific to the BPM platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Work diligently to address any technical challenges or issues that may arise during the development process.
    • Actively participate in discussions and decision-making processes related to the design and implementation of BPM solutions.

    About You

    • Extensive experience working with PEGA and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms.
    • Strong technical expertise and proficiency in software development and architecture.
