Description
Our client is seeking a bubbly individual to join their team in a Pricing/ Sales support capacity.
You will be involved in liaising with clients on a day to day basis providing exceptional customer service, taking client bookings, entering and maintaining rates in EDI/ Cargowise, preparing quotes for clients and agent, handling general inquiries and other administration duties.
This is a full time permanent position (Monday to Friday 8:30am -5:00pm), requiring a committed, reliable individual who understands the importance of a good work ethic and can bring a professional, friendly and helpful manner to a fast paced environment.
To be considered for this position applicants must have recent experience gained specifically within the international freight forwarding industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional manner and the confidence to liaise directly with clients are all essential skillsets for this position. EDI/Cargowise experience will be essential.
