Description
A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a highly skilled and proven Sales Manager to join this growing dealership, based in the stunning coastal town of Mackay.
This role requires a strong manager to continue to push the growth of this new vehicle department and oversee, mentor and drive staff to reach and exceed targets. You will be leading an already successful team of sales staff, while working with one of Australia's leading brands.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven recent experience in automotive sales management. You will need to possess strong leadership skills, but also the ability to nurture and mentor your staff, to get the best performance from your team. Strong attention to detail, an analytical mind, strong negotiation skills and exceptional communication skills are also highly desirable.
Responsibilities of the role:
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, comprising of retainer + super, car + fuel card, plus incentives. This will see an OTE around c$150,000 on offer. You will get to join a growing dealership that is part of a larger group, with career progression available to meet the needs of your career.
