    Our Opportunity

    As Sr Talent Acquisition Consultant (Construction - Buildings), you'll provide end-to-end recruitment services across the Mirvac Group.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Support Construction roles and other divisions as required.
    • Lead continuous improvement activities to meet stakeholder needs.
    • Develop relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers.
    • Integrate Diversity and Inclusion strategies into TA activities.
    • Provide interpretation and coaching to managers in TA planning and decision-making.
    • Ongoing regular reporting against agreed targets.
    • Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.
    • Ensure cultural fit for new hires.
    • Actively support HR projects where necessary.
    • Manage CWs and contractors for BUs.

    Your Point of Difference

    You'll have significant experience recruiting Construction roles, strong stakeholder and candidate management skills, and ability to build long-term relationships.

    A good knowledge of current Australian employment legislation and 'Employer of choice' talent acquisition practices is also essential.

    We're open to considering candidates from internal and agency backgrounds; your understanding of building construction will be critical to the role.
