So what does the role of Supervisor in BIGW look like?

• The Supervisor (Digital and Service) supports the Digital and Service Manager to support the delivery of a quick, easy and seamless checkout experience, whether the customer purchases for online delivery, instore pick up or purchases instore.
• You supervise a small team, embedding consistent process and routines to ensure quick and easy checkouts, pick up orders, online orders* and direct to boot orders*

• Ability to supervise a small team, with a coaching style vs tell do.
• Agile and adaptable to change
• Available to work a flexible roster which may include evenings and late nights across the 7 days of the week - this is a Part Time role with the hours of Wednesday 08:00:00-17:00:00, Thursday 08:00:00-17:00:00 and Friday 08:00:00-17:00:00 .
