    The Senior Manager Client Experience is a highly motivated and a proactive leader, with demonstrated expertise and a track record for service innovation in a highly networked organisation. Experience in digital, multi-channel service delivery environments will set you apart. Importantly, you're a people-person, with a commitment to human-centred leadership and a user-focused service culture. Your proven capability to manage large and complex programs of work is possible through well-honed collaboration skills and a drive to deliver high impact outcomes and value.
