- Provide oversight, governance and support in the operational and functional application of CEVA's QHSE management systems.
- Identify hazards/risks by undertaking audits, inspections, and accident investigations to eliminate or minimise the risks so far as is reasonably practicable
- Provide coaching, training, and support to employees and managers on health, safety, and environmental matters in accordance with CEVA and legislative requirements.
- Knowledge of Australian health and safety legislation and safety management systems
- Applied knowledge of ISO 9000, 45001, certification a bonus)
- Experience in audit and accident/incident investigation
- Excellent customer, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate relevant policy, procedure and practice
- Valid driver licence and own vehicle with flexibility to travel to sites across Greater Melbourne on a regular basis.
