About the position
The Senior Officer, Academic Services will help to coordinate student lifecycle activities and procedures across the Academic Services team.

The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating closely with peers and teams throughout the university to ensure a consistent approach to customer service delivery as well as the consistent application of transactional activities and procedures.

This includes the obligation for managing huge volumes of high-pressure operations, such as manual changes to student study plans, academic progress and outcomes, and curriculum administration.

Intercampus travel will be required from time to time.
