- Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, NDIS guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Engage with clients, offering advice, conducting meetings, and budget reviews.
- Liaise with clients, service providers, and NDIS as necessary.
- Represent the business at community events, NDIS sessions, and CoP meetings.
- Provide financial oversight through data entry and NDIS payment approval.
- Minimum Certificate IV or willingness to obtain.
- Proven management experience in NDIS or disability services.
- Expertise in NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and financial reconciliation.
