Job Description

This newly created job has come about from organic business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily business operations and lead the team.
2. Handle customer inquiries and disputes, adhering to company policies and NDIS guidelines.
3. Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, NDIS guidelines, and safety protocols.
4. Engage with clients, offering advice, conducting meetings, and budget reviews.
5. Liaise with clients, service providers, and NDIS as necessary.
6. Represent the business at community events, NDIS sessions, and CoP meetings.
7. Provide financial oversight through data entry and NDIS payment approval.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum Certificate IV or willingness to obtain.
2. Proven management experience in NDIS or disability services.
3. Expertise in NDIS guidelines and regulations.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution.
6. Exceptional organisational skills.
7. Proficiency in data entry and financial reconciliation.
