Annual Sales Revenue:

A$25 million Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plan to grow business profitably in Oceania with AP regional General Manager
Create a sales pipeline to ensure customer conquests and product portfolio expansion in line with global product strategies.
Build strong relationship with key OE/OES/IAM customers.
Ensure region pricing strategies are implemented and followed with the customers.

Work with AP functional team to enhance brand awareness and improve customer satisfaction in terms of delivery, quality et etc.

Deliver with compliance to Internal Control, accounting/financial legal requirements and perform successfully internal and external audits.
Engage and develop the Oceania team.
What we're looking for
At least 10 years' experience in aftermarket sales with at least 5 years' experience in managing the full P&L
Customer-oriented with strong business acumen

Entrepreneurial mindset with good market understanding and ability to develop new business concepts, manage business challenges and translate market opportunities into solid business opportunities.

Proven success in enhancing the overall brand and achieving top-line growth while driving bottom line profitability.
Can work well with people across different cultures.
Good coach to the team and ability to work constructively and positively with peers and managers across all levels
