Our Client, an industry leader in providing quality consulting and resourcing services, is looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Writer. This is a long-term Contract role. As a Technical Writer you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and easy-to-understand technical documentation for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, installation guides, and release notes.
• Collaborating with various teams, such as software developers, project managers, and subject matter experts, to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Ensuring documentation is easy to understand and follows established guidelines for tone, style, and formatting.
• Developing templates and style guides for technical documentation.
• Managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meeting established deadlines.
• Updating and maintaining existing documentation to reflect changes in software releases and updates.
• Conducting research to identify new trends and best practices in technical writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing in the information technology industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
