    HP SitePrint - ANZ Partner Business Manager

    Description -

    HP has been serving the AEC industry over the last 30 years through market leading technology solutions in areas like workstations and large format printers.

    HP is working on new solutions to improve productivity in construction, including applying robotics and artificial intelligence in the construction site to streamline information flows and boost the efficiency of current manual processes.

    We have an outstanding opportunity for you to join our HP SitePrint organization ) as a Partner Business Manager to scale the business. Within our team, you will get to work with all the cool technologies that we have in one of the most creative businesses at HP.

    Key responsibilities

    • Deliver business targets on Hardware & Services via Partners
    • Educate and motivate partners to grow HP's share of business in their product and services category
    • Provide product and solutions expertise to partner to identify and capture business opportunities
    • You will assess technical feasibility of application for customer, do demos, presentations and help customer identify/define the most optimize use of our solution/inks to their construction project
    • Define account strategy to develop or co-develop opportunities involving resources from GBU when needed
    • Drive customer satisfaction and technology usage
    • Execute promo and co-marketing plans as developed by category and market development manager
    • Provide solution development expertise and manage product, services, software roll-overs in your domain
    • Manage the funnel of open opportunities along the sales cycle into our CRM.

    Requirements

    • College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical.
    • Highly knowledgeable of workflows, needs, and current technology solutions in the Construction industry.
    • Data preparation experience for layout would be desirable Experience in business development and partner business management.
    • Demonstrated business acumen and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated communication, influencing, innovation, and creativity skills.
    • Desired strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way for customers to understand

    • All-Rounder. You should have extensive abilities involving leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, individual initiative, as well as the technical savvy and expertise to succeed.

    Travel

    • 75% of the time
    • Availability to work on construction sites is a must.
