    Initial contract: 12 months

    Location: Any major city on the east coast of Australia

    Positions: Multiple, ranging from associate engineer to technical CIAM lead

    Responsibilities (Vary slightly depending on role type/experience level)

    • Implement and maintain customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, focusing on user registration, authentication, authorization, and user profile management.
    • If you're a senior in CIAM you will be given the responsibility to help lead this implementation, mentor/guide others while also working independently on important initiatives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective CIAM configurations.
    • Configure and manage CIAM features, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and security best practices.
    • Optimize CIAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
    • Develop and implement automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions.

    Skills/Experience

    • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with CIAM products and platforms, such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent, with previous experience for any of these being highly desirable.
    • Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage workload and priorities.
    • Proven ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance, Australian citizenship essential.
