- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ETL Tester or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and methodologies
- Experience in testing ETL processes and data pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation
- Knowledge of ETL testing tools such as Informatica Data Validation Option or IBM InfoSphere DataStage
- Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
