    What You'll Do

    The Senior Digital Analyst role is critical in the evolution of idX as we optimise Digital Experience to assist with customer's online and instore shops.

    • Lead the development and maintenance of robust data models to support optimisation and business intelligence initiatives.
    • Manipulate complex data sets into meaningful insights while engaging senior stakeholders.
    • Provide optimisation opportunities to drive increased uptake of various idX propositions.
    • Partner cross functionally with strategy, product, content and marketing teams to deliver insights to optimise the Web and App Digital Experience.
    • Proactively analyse and identify opportunities which may increase website and app conversions across different propositions, marketing channels and customer cohorts.
    • As we build capabilities, identify opportunities to create efficiencies. e.g automation, process changes, removal of low/no-value elements.
    • Be an advocate of analytics and work with other teams to ensure they keep analytics in mind when developing new features.

    What You'll Bring

    We are looking for an experienced analyst who can leverage their data analysis skills to solve complex business problems and transform data into meaningful insights.

    We're looking for someone who can bring a strong data driven background, inquisitiveness, attention to detail and proven experience in using web analytics and tagging tools.

    • Highly proficient in SQL (BigQuery) and working knowledge of Adobe Clickstream data.
    • Proven ability to identify and deliver CX and targeting improvements that drive commercial outcomes
    • Sound knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, in particular Adobe Analytics
    • Ideally experienced in advanced analytics by utilising knowledge of statistical analyses using R/Python.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong data visualisation and communication skills (both written & verbal) - ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
