    We have arare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Lawyer or Senior Associate to join our growing and highly regarded Private Clientsteam in Brisbane.

    Our Private Clients section is comprised of approximately 30 team membersnationally and is led by award-winning and industry-leadingpartners and senior lawyers with extensive experience.

    This rolesuits a lawyer or Senior Associate with solid experience in willsand estate planning and/or estate litigation, who has a genuineinterest in contributing to the success and growth of a top privateclients practice.

    Keyresponsibilities
    Thesuccessful candidate will be involved in a variety of mattersincluding:
    personaland business succession planning;
    willsand estate administration (including probate and letters ofadministration);
    trusts,entity establishment, and restructuring of assets and complexstructures;
    estatelitigation;
    advisingon superannuation and taxation; and

    providing advice to abroad range of clients, including high and ultra-high net worthclients and families, as well as business owners, people movingtowards retirement, and charities andnot-for-profits.

    Skills andexperience
    We are keento hear from candidates with the following skills andexperience:
    between- 6 years of post-admission experience, specifically inwills, estates and succession planning or a related area oflaw;
    agenuine interest in the private clients sector;
    clearand concise legal drafting skills;
    theability to work autonomously under the supervision of moresenior members of the team; and
    outstanding attention todetail.
